Payment and Refund Policy

Binding Agreement

This Charter Agreement becomes legally binding upon execution by the Client.

By signing, the Client irrevocably accepts all terms herein, including payment, cancellation, and operational conditions. Cancellation fees apply immediately upon execution.

Payment & Flight Confirmation

Flight confirmation is subject to receipt of cleared funds by the agreed Payment Due Date.

Until payment is received, the flight remains tentatively scheduled, and aircraft availability is not guaranteed. Failure to pay does not release the Client from cancellation liability.

Cancellation Charges

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following apply:

• More than 7 days before departure: 30%

• 7 to 4 days before departure: 50%

• 3 to 1 days before departure: 75%

• Less than 24 hours / No-Show: 100%

If Winjet Aviation cancels after full payment and no acceptable alternative is available, amounts paid will be refunded less non-recoverable costs.

Operator Responsibility

Winjet Aviation operates the flight as the carrier under its AOC or approved wet-lease.

Winjet retains full operational control, and the Pilot-in-Command has final authority on all safety-related decisions.

Aircraft Substitution

Winjet Aviation reserves the right to substitute the aircraft with a similar or superior aircraft due to operational, technical, weather, or regulatory reasons.

Force Majeure

Events beyond Winjet Aviation’s control (including weather, airspace restrictions, mechanical or regulatory issues) may result in delay or cancellation.

Cancellation charges remain applicable, and refunds are limited to recoverable costs only.
